| Products that adapt to your changing environment. The Monarque® System is a powerful, fully integrated trading and risk management application, which covers the entire realm of financial market instruments. Because our developers all have experience as traders and managers on the front-line of the dealing room environment, Monarque reflects the needs of the user. In fact, the first thing you'll notice is the intuitive look and feel of the user interface. All of our applications feature flexible on-line reporting, effortless information integration, and advanced access and security options. You'll also find an array of user-definable options such as feature switches and power-buttons, and an easy-to-understand, customizable desktop. With Monarque - you'll be empowered to do your job more effectively. Design Features: Security: A paramount issue for any trading and processing system is security. Our typical hardware configuration includes mirrored servers and automatic back-up and recovery by the end-of-day process. The system administrator is armed with extensive permissioning capability, including nine customizable user access levels, the flexibility of setting minimum password length, password renewal frequency and inactivity time-out periods. Additionally, both input and viewing authorizations may be restricted by trading book, trader, branch, currency, or instrument. Audit Trail: A powerful Monarque feature praised by auditors is our built-in, fully automated audit trail. Every system transaction is automatically action-, date-, time- and user-stamped. This not only allows a tracking of system access, and static data updates, but also provides full details about every stage in the life of a deal (i.e. before and after modification or deletion, etc.). All journals are maintained on-line and can be displayed on-screen or sent to the print server. Low Maintenance: Monarque is easily maintained and does not require a full-time administrator. We typically provide training to designated bank Operations Department staff, so that they can provide day-to-day in-house user support. The end-of-day process is a short, simple task, that is typically performed by the bank's EDP department, but can also be executed by a user department.
